7 Day No-Hassle Returns

We've all been there...that piece you fell in love with just didn't do it for you once you got it home. Well, we want you to know it's ok to change your mind. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 7 days (on most items) for a full refund. Please read our policy below for more details.

Furniture & Accessory Return Policy

You may return items up to 7 days from the date of pick-up/delivery, in the original condition (free of any damage or odors). Some exclusions apply, including all clearance, sale, scratch and dent, special orders, mattress protectors, sleep pillows, sheets, and any purchase financed through a third-party leasing company (currently Westcreek Financial). These items are not eligible for return or exchange. For all mattress & box spring returns, please see separate Mattress Return Policy below. Please note: delivery fees are non-refundable. All refunds are issued via the original payment method, except cash, which will be refunded via company check. You are responsible for any return delivery fees (we pick up the merchandise for you). We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges or return that do not meet these criteria.

Mattress Return Policy

All mattresses, accompanied by the purchase of a mattress protector, are eligible for a one-time exchange under our 30 Night Comfort exchange agreement. To be eligible we do we require a few things of you and they are NONE NEGOTIABLE:

#1. You must try your new mattress at home for a minimum of 30 nights, as it can take your body up to 30 days to adjust to a new sleep surface.
#2. You let us know a few days before your comfort trial is up.
#3. As we said in the beginning you MUST purchase one of our approved protectors.

A mattress of equal or lesser value is selected. If the new mattress is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded on a CBS gift card. A mattress of greater value may be chosen, and you would be responsible for the difference. No other refunds will be given on mattress comfort exchanges.

Please note: delivery fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for any return delivery fees (we pick up the merchandise for you).

Got a pick up truck? We'll gladly help you out!

If you'd like to pick up your order you may do so at our warehouse located conveniently next to our showroom. We will gladly load, wrap, and secure your order for you free of charge. Please note: Our warehouse hours differ from our showroom.

Our warehouse is open:
Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and Sat 10am - 5pm
and Sunday 12:30pm - 4:30pm

We highly recommend you let us tie it down for you.
